The company was established in 1994.  The main business is mechanical logging. Metsä-Weljet Oy is involved in the PEFC forest certification system and a member of the Koneyrittäjien liitto (Association of Machine Entrepreneurs).

Our equipment includes suitable solutions-from first thinnings to heavy final fellings.

All of our harvesters use modern measuring equipment systems and most of our forwarders use a loader weighing machine. In addition, Metsä-Weljet Oy has 1 and our contractor has 2 excavators for soil preparation, stump lifting, etc.
